Best drawer slides for chest of drawers

I recently fitted some blummotion soft closures in a wooden drawer i made. I found them very easy to fit hower i did not understand what they meant by the internal drawer width. I thought they meant the drawer width and made the drawer 25mm to narrow. I expect this is obvious if you have done it...

Triton TRB001 router and Record RPMS-R table?

For my two cents worth. I felt that buying a router table and insert plate made sense in order to get a really good flat surface, something i would find difficult to get spot on. I got the top and insert from incra via the woodworkersworkshop (great service really nice bloke) the quality is...

I quite like it for what it is. Its not really craftsmanish its more designer straight to machine production missing out the middle step . They remind me of high end habitat stuff too. We have a shop in Notts called Atomic i can imagine them selling this with a purple perspex table. I always...

    Oak sideboard

Really nice piece. I imagine its always much harder to match a piece to another one. If you get it a bit wrong the mistake is twice as obvious.

Daft question but is this the right way to cut mitres.

I have been cutting homemade strips of veneer 2mm by 10mm and upto 300mm long, to form a mitred border around a door for decoration. I originally started cutting the mitres with a saw and then paring them to exactly to fit. However after 2hours of precision it occured to cut the knifed line...

I don't know, it just doesn't get me excited i can,t imagine i would ever have anywhere to put that piece. I would imagine it would need a very ceratin type of environment not to look out of place. Owen
