    Great job robgul I just can’t get a glue to work for me so need to try that one. My system is similar and works a treat haven’t really felt a drop in pressure makes clearing up a breeze

    What glue/adhesive did you use for polypropylene. I was gonna make it using 2 90 fitting and a tee it was too tall to fit behind the aluminium profile.

    I used to use it with a dewalt 12” mitre saw but was so heavy to lug up and down stairs and I wanted to make support wings for it but it wouldn’t work the base so went for different stand. It was going to put up on Gumtree but I had an idea and this was the result

    It’s 4080 aluminium profile with 8mm slot you can slide rail clamps in the slot

    Thanks It’s 40mm push fit waste pipe and a coupler cut in half. 38mm Charnwood hose fits over the pipe perfectly

    Thanks Droogs That is cyanoacrylate glue and that’s the same as mitre bond/mitre mate will try that first

    Couldn’t get the extractor to run with any type of light light but will work with 110v charger when battery is charging not really suitable tho. Needs to be a higher load to activate the extractor.

    thanks for your reply, I tried a led light but that wasn’t enough to switch the extractor on. I see that in the video he use a fluorescent light that uses more power on start up. I will have a try on need to find a suitable light to use
