    Festool OF1010 dust port adapter

Got fed up with the hose adapter falling off because is was always getting caught on the edges and as I use dewalt airloc connection is quite large also. Here’s my solution. Silicone reducing elbow 28mm to 32mm 32mm to 35mm adapter to suit dewalt hose fittings Fitted to the router

    Rail track hinge mechanism!!

No play every cut is spot on but haven’t done the 5 cut method yet tho. To be honest not sure that my mft top is 100 percent as I used a jig and router so couldn’t be sure that I was going to get perfect 90 cuts. I was intending to use a rail square like Peter Millard portable bench but can’t...

    Lock jig

Fit around 200+ per year. But most pre hung door sets have recently been housed out already. The jig I would like the most is a adjustable one for the keeper.

    Guide rail help

The evolution track is roughly the same as festool/triton/makita/old style Bosch/metabo around at 120ish. I will say that the dewalt track is a pain to join to stay straight. I ended up getting a 2.6 rail for long cuts

    Guide rail help

My understanding of a tracksaw is that it can run on a track/rail. I have this circular saw that can use a rail: DeWalt DWE576K 110v Precision Circular Saw 190mm 1600w + 1.5m Guide Rail DWS5022 I also have this plunge saw that can run on a rail: Dewalt DCS520NT 54v XR FLEXVOLT Cordless Plunge...

    Guide rail help

Here’s the size of the current dewalt guide rails the outer most guide would be for when it’s angled at 45 or less. I would say that the dewalt rail would be the only one that would work as the festool style ones are around 120mm

    Parallel guides

Few years ago I got a dewalt 18v xrp plunge saw (old style dewalt batteries) I had dewalt rails at the time, if anyone who has tried to joint 2 rails together they know it’s nearly impossible to get them to stay straight for 2.4 cuts so I brought a 2.6 rail it’s great for making them cuts but...
