Anyone with a Trend T11 router

Hi the depth stop and height adjuster is on different side on the 626. I will be putting this into my router table so don’t need depth stop so will be doing away with that. Im looking to have a better way to than my home made screw arrangement to adjust the height of the router from above...

Yep its design from the 80s by Elu but mine is DW626 and has a different base to the 625. Not sure if they both share the same dimensions.

Anyone with a Trend T11 router

I’m looking for a couple of measurements from the base. I want check if I could retro fit the base on to my Dewalt router as Dewalt make the t10,t11 routers for Trend I hope it will, and hopefully save me from getting another router. So I need Distance between the sliders, Diameter of the...

Thanks for the info and pics. Yes if your careful they won’t damage but I have personally seen my bosses rails have been dimpled and has been spoke about of FOG before. I was only showing there’s alternatives to the festool joiners. Thanks

Good vid to show problem with Bosch track and mft by John McGrath Another vid show mk2 Benchdogs square with a repetitive stop added. I’ve seen Benchdogs will have repetitive stop out soon for the squares. That would be comparable to an mft while out on site.

Valid point. What type of square would you use? Say speed square out of the 3 I have none are actually square, ok for roofing and 1st fix. Combination square are just as bad I got new Bacho 3 pack recently are only good for marking gauges, the only square one I have is a Starret that’s about 50...

Bosch/Mafell/Metabo rails all have a common problem with them the saw hangs over the left edge not allowing to use tall dogs in a mft

    Tracks, Railsquares and Tracksaws

Yes that right I have 3 Metabo rails 1.6, 1.4, 1.1 and 2 connectors so I can connect them together in different configurations, I have been using these for near a year there nice to use but no one is making any accessories for them. Need another rail for my mft and to get one for rail square so...

@shed9 in regards to the TSO connectors have you used/own them? I would like to know if there any good as I would like to use Benchdogs parallel guides. I made my own, but they mount underneath unlike the one a for Festool style rails.

The Mafell, Bosch, Metabo rail use same joining system which is the best system in my opinion. I think the Metabo/Festool rails a compatible with pretty much all track saws on the market. Joining Makita/Festool rails can be a time consuming and can easily be knocked out of alignment and dewalt...

With having used Festool ts55, mafell mt55, 36v Makita and Dewalt 54v that I use. The dewalt flexvolt is more powerful than all of the above and has a different action when plunging that I personally like. Makita track is slightly different to Festool Makita has an extra rib on the that doesn’t...

I agree with @Rorschach. I started with mft then soon realised I need rail square to break down sheets to fit mft. I got a mk2 last week and would say the Benchdogs square is excellent quality and a great price. Works great with my collapsible 8x4 cutting bench when on site and out side...

Time for a new Drill & Impact driver....what's your thoughts?

I’ve used makita and dewalt cordless gear for more than 20 years. I had dewalt xrp kit (old style batteries) used for a long time until the batteries went bad. Went to makita for drills and few other tool until they were stolen along with other power tools including my mitre saw. So went back to...
