With a good cutter you should get a clean line all the time. Is it sharp (send it away to have it properly sharpened)

Assuming you are looking at 250 diameter blade (that was the picture) any good quality blade with 80 teeth triple chip tooth configuration will give a nice clean finish on the top of the cut. If you have a scoring saw underneath on your machine you will also get a clean finish on the underside...

I would respectfully suggest at those prices they will not be very good quality. From the images the carbide tips are quite small compared to what you would get from Atkinson W and other good saw blade suppliers.

The Whithill knives are 6 mm thick and deflector (limiter) is 4 mm thick so there may be an issue with using the Wealdon knives and deflector (both 4 mm) in a Whitehill block
