I would have thought that "permanent" labels would be more expensive ? Personally I have never searched for or ordered anything else but just A4 self adhesive labels I have had them from several different suppliers and never has the question come up of whether they were removable or permanent...

I have never heard the term non perm The box by my side has nothing on it to say one way or another I have never had a problem with all the labels I have purchased for work or more recently for printing patterns

    Spray

I think you are misunderstanding label as being a small address label, I use A4 one label to a page sheets It costs me under 6p per page and no other costs bar toner for the printer which lasts for ages (years)

re A4 self adhesive labels I bought a new box a few weeks back, less than £6 for a box of 100 post free Similar to : ebay item 181192033435 (that was the first I came to there are others) Works for me

I print patterns on to A4 adhesive labels (peel off back) Stuck directly onto the wood When cut, a quick wipe over the remaining pattern with turps subs, leave for 30 seconds and the remaining pattern comes off in one piece usually It leaves no residue and is by far the easiest way I have...

Scroll saw with easy and fast blade change, on budget

Unfortunately Suzy that is a different type of blade clamp, it won't work on your saw without changing the whole blade clamp assembly (where it bolts onto the arm) By the time you pay for new clamps and fit them to your saw, you would probably find its cheaper to buy a second hand better...

    Blade facing wrong way?

It should do *both* forward facing and sideways with the same blade holder Using pinless it will only take the pinless adapter cutting forwards as you look at the saw The pinless adapters with this type of blade holder are a bit of a pain I will warn you, so don't be put off by them being a...

    Blade facing wrong way?

Whilst they are largely the same basic machine, they do have a few differences seller to seller, one being the blade holder, not all have the facility of side blade fitting Oddly I have yet to find a manual for a machine that fully explains it even when it has that side fitting type fitted

    Blade facing wrong way?

I wonder if you have this type of blade holder? Which allows side fitting of a pinned blade and well as forward facing ? Most are just forward facing

    Draper 50021 belt disc sander

Do you have the manual for it? There may be a clue within If you don't have a manual, just google Draper 50021 manual , there are several out there The basic machine is the same as many others, including my Axminster version, if you don't get any other picture replies I will have a look in...

    Airing cupboard problem

Ah sorry, I misunderstood, I was thinking it was a radiator What you say makes sense but still think a timer is a good idea, it doesn't need to be on 24/7 really Appreciate the feedback It is a little more expensive, but is a 90 watt rather than 80w I will get a quote from the sparky...

    Airing cupboard problem

Thanks for that ColeyS1, I assume its some sort of radiator? I suspect its going to be more expensive than the £20 tube heater, plus you can't have a plug socket in the bathroom area Although it could be directly wired of course

    Airing cupboard problem

Indeed, but you can't put an open light fitting in a bathroom environment So the tube heater is likely the avenue we will go down

    Airing cupboard problem

Fully conversant with the subject of heat output, something ironically which is hotly debated very often on forums and mailing lists ;-) I had a check around, Toolstation only do a 60watt at £17, screwfix do an 80w at £27, so at present Amazon is the cheaper at £21 That and a timer for about...
