A man after my own heart...

It's so honest and unpretentious, I just love the rawness of the whole thing. Nice to see someone who knows what he's doing and dosn't ponce about.

    Spotty Doors

Try using a very hot iron over a sheet of plain white paper, if its organic that should kill it and may even burn out the stain. For some reason this rings a bell... I suppose there's nothing to lose, and it's easy enough to try .

    Basic tools across the ages?

I once saw a ancient cave painting of what appeared to be a man holding a Beavers head against a tree, one hand gripping the scruff of its neck and the other hand grasping its genitals. This was hypothesized to be the earliest evidence of man beavering away to produce crotch cut timbers...

    Forum for proffesoonals?

Perhaps if you illustrated what you consider to be a Professional, then explain the path you personally traveled on route to becoming such a qualified professional yourself, you might attract a better, more like minded/equally experienced set of responses from among the large and diverse group...

    Workshop Extraction

The best dust avoidance system I have come up with for me, personally, is to have a wash of clean air across my face created by an 'extract to outside' wall mounted fan pulling fresh air across the area I am working in, from an slightly open window/door/port, at the end I am standing in and...

Hi Mike, I am completely hopeless with electrics, are they easy to fit to this type of kit?, I would definitely have a go if its not too complicated, I love this old beast.

    Garden shredder

Thanks for the replies guys, I'm leaning towards the Bocsh ATX220 as this seems to get fairly good revues. The trouble is, I don't trust the longevity of any of the diy grade kit out there anymore, my old shredder is about twenty years old and the switch electrics have finally failed, but apart...

    Why do they do this???

They weren't something or another "Solutions" were they by any chance? They are developing quite a reputation, these "solutions" wizards... never seems to be a vinegar stroke in their activities though does there, just a fantastic ability to explain why it wasn't their fault, wander off the...
