I‘ve just finished doing the ceiling and walls on my garage/workshop using 50mm kingspan and found that using a handsaw after clamping a level to the kingspan worked best for me. Definitely need a mask though cos it looks like it’s been snowing after a while! Also used 40 grit sandpaper to help...
