    Hi Roger, It might be worth putting a decoupling matt down first, I use Dural durabase. It gives an extra layer of protection especially when tiling onto wooden / ply floors. If your contemplating installing a heated flooring wire as well the matting makes it so much easier.

    Yet another Stihl kombi recommendation, I wouldn’t be without it I use mine weekly through out the grass cutting season, mainly for strimming, and hedge trimming, I do also have the rotary brush attachment which is excellent for artificial grass.
