Also a nice idea, but the amount of trouble i have had even buying plywood because "trade only mate" is ridiculous. i'd like to learn to do it myself, and especially as sawn timber is a damn sight cheaper than PAR.

so i think the way forward is this: 1)Make a jig for the router for flattening surfaces 2) cut to rough size using the tracksaw 3) hand plane for finishing. Hopefully ill develop some skill in the process, and i can save a bit of money until i get a house with either a garage or a shed-worthy...

yeah i think my mind is set on one of these, it will either under the stairs and get pulled out when needed or ill keep the top indoors with the fancy bits and leave the frame in a Keter box in the garden. either way it wont be moving far when it gets moved. :)

thats what i was thinking, I already bought the 1400 router, TS55 and dust extractor, will be adding the domino and kapex if i can find room for them :)
