    I would caution against pocket holes in either 12mm ply or any osb. At 12mm you don’t have much material to screw into. Pockets in osb can be quite weak as the material properties are stacked against you

    Have you tried: - Moving the problem drawer to a different aperture? - swapping the runners around to narrow down the problem to drawer, runner or cabinet

    If you have pallets already, why not reduce the size of them and make a few mini pallets that can be stacked up A euro pallet is designed to take up to 4000kg static load, 250kg will be more than fine

    Spray glue not for wood

    could you carefully cut the piece out, apply adhesive behind then refit the artex. Having recently moved a stud wall with an artex ceiling it’s amazing how easy it can be to blend bits back in.
