Sounds like your fence is not square and the box is pulling into it away from the fence. Or could be a bendy fence

I would caution against pocket holes in either 12mm ply or any osb. At 12mm you don’t have much material to screw into. Pockets in osb can be quite weak as the material properties are stacked against you

Looks perfect to me (having fitted loads of these) It will be in compression so the joint won’t be stressed.

Would be good to hear how some feedback on how it works. What are you doing for extraction at the crown guard?

My table saw is reasonably good for the money. I think you get what you pay for

A longer piece of wood clamped below, set the depth stop on the saw so you don’t cut through it

Have you tried: - Moving the problem drawer to a different aperture? - swapping the runners around to narrow down the problem to drawer, runner or cabinet

If you have pallets already, why not reduce the size of them and make a few mini pallets that can be stacked up A euro pallet is designed to take up to 4000kg static load, 250kg will be more than fine

could you carefully cut the piece out, apply adhesive behind then refit the artex. Having recently moved a stud wall with an artex ceiling it’s amazing how easy it can be to blend bits back in.

I have some old drawing ‘paper’ that I use for transferring templates into cad It is made from a plastic instead of paper and it’s really good stuff! I have been using the same piece for a while as pencil rubs out easily. As such I would love to find something similar as I have a limited supply...
