    Couldn't disagree with that Jacob, and if money is no object then that would be the route to go. It is perfectly feasible however to work safely without one and buy more tooling In regards to safety, always remember, Never put your hands where you wouldn't put your todger :lol:

    Spindle tooling is very expensive so I would start with a universal block, which will with the right cutters undertake a wide variety of jobs. Wouldn't rush to get a powerfeed though, unless you intend to spend a lot time using the machine

    Primer and under coat

    The Dulux paint system (weathershield ?) is very good and comprises a preservative followed by primer undercoat and finished with gloss. Expected to last in excess of ten years before requiring maintenance. All the other major manufacturers do their own version

    I used to hate cutting the hedge until I bought two sets of these With a scaffolding plank between they give you the perfect height and you can cut about 2m of hedge at a time (hammer)
