    I can understand why customers would choose softclose for the ergonomics, but I always think inset doors look as though they're lacking something when theres no visible hinge. Hence my question re dummy hinges, which would give you the soft close action and the appearance of a "proper" hinge

    The cloth filter bags are useless for catching the smaller stuff . I've got a felder and was going to get a cartridge filter but have decided to put it in its own little shed out side of the workshop

    Totally agree Richard, if there was a section for beginners it would probably be overlooked by a lot of more experienced people
