    I remember a while back someone talking about squaring up a home made sled fence using the 5 square method. It involved making 5 cuts off a square which multiplied the inaccuracies to see how square it was. I even remember asking on the thread how to do it. But I can't find the thread now...

    For me, 30 degrees (or 60 if looking at it the other way) , about 65 mm long, bandsaw kerf every 3mm. Overall width varies. Usually 18mm ply. Overall width varies. Works for most things I do. Mark
