Love it...... :D Possibly the only change i'd make would have been to use green rope (to match the texturing), but if like you say that's all you had...... And if you don't mind.... i'm gonna have a go at a similar thing myself.... apart from the texturing, cos i've not got a tool...

Bodrighy just to let you know..... the Crack Willow 'T' lights are finished using sanding sealer (on the grain ends) then all over using wax. The Coasters are finished using 3 to 4 coats of sanding sealer then about (cant remember exactly) 4 coats of spray satin varnish.... as these...
