    Thanks for the replies so far. I've done a bit more searching around and found out that you can hire a researcher to do it for you. Cost is likely to be in the region of £300ish, but first you must submit a request to the Gov.co.uk site and pay your £30 because... All Official 'Service Records'...

    Selling a couple of items on Gumtree. Has anyone noticed that (on a pc) you can go into your messages and view who's asking questions and their see their 'score/rating'. If you hover your mouse over their name some you can click on and view, others you cant. Any idea why.?

    oh yeah forgot about the constant dropping out..... we'd be forever asking 'Alexa' to reconnect the radio etc and couldn't understand why.... "bloody rubbish technology..." we'd say. When we then switched away from Virgin the dropouts disappeared..!
