I am building some kitchen units which are clad with reclaimed pine boards, as per clients request. They are nice boards, with one aged side which has gone quite dark which will be the faces. I get mine from Covers and although I tend to buy more than just a sheet or two at a time, they sell me their 18mm for 50-something a sheet. Quality has always been fine.

Glad I remembered to come back and look at this. I didnt give them a super deep clean but I took the seals off, whizzed them with air and wd40 for a while a couple of times each way, bit of lube and put the seals back on, they are working ok so far but i didnt expect them to go on too long...

Sorry to dredge this back up by ive finally got around to getting a couple of pictures of the offending bearing(s), and it looks to me like bad news... they appear to be stamped onto a sort of arbor arrangement, so the only ways to go would be release them and replace but im not sure how to...

Well i think IIll stick them up as a job lot on ebay, and if they dont go then ill post again and anyone who wants any/all of them can have them for postage costs. I like the idea of cleaning them up but realistically ive got way too many hobbies and unfinished projects already. Thanks all!
