    that corner moulding appears to have been run through a four or six cutter moulder it would take several operations on a spindle moulder plus special cutters made just depends how much you want to use it i suppose . ian

    if its not much work turn the washers the other way and try that in the past to stop things slipping we used to use thin paper yellow pages or phone book between surfaces think the loctite may be a bit drastic once set its not easy to separate , ian

    to be honest mate try to place machinery where you think its going and go from there its got to be a combination of straights and bends but without seeing it in the flesh its hard to see what your doing the only thing i can say is try to keep the bends to a minimum as the more you use the more...

    as there are washers on the bolts take one off and see if the motor mount has slots for adjustment if so it should be fairly easy to bring it back to the right position , ian

    fit the y as the letter looks with the single end pointing to the extractor that gives a better airflow just been taking a look for a connector cant find one on axy tried felder no luck maybe if you want to try and make something up ?

    the reason for blast gates on every junction and after every junction means that you can focus the full power of your extractor to the machine your using . The 90 degree bend at the bottom is ok but i think 2no 45 degree bends and short length of pipe between would make the top work better ian

    hi mock yes my machines a hammer you will need 16 amp power for the machine think its a 3hp motor as for the electrics if you have a rcd type fuse box it needs a type c rcd which stops it tripping on start up just make sure your power supply is up to the load i think my rcd is a 20 amp one but...

    hi mock the dado prep as hammer calls it has to be ordered from new its not a retro fit the shaft for the blade is different and it only takes hammers own dado set , as for price new they are around £ 2,400 plus so thats not a bad price all depends how much work its done . ian
