    hi steve your workshop looks amazing my tip for mixing grout is to mix it in a margarine tub and use a flat scraper to mix it its easy to clean out and use again . cheers ian

    dont know if its any use but you can go back to previous os by going into settings on windows 10 it gives you a month to do so just done it and my pc is back on windows 7 again and seems to be ok cheers , ian

    if its just a one off making a jig is a bit of an overkill it would be quicker marking it out and cutting by hand as long as you can follow the line by eye maybe an hours work . ian

    it could be one of two problems firstly the knives could have been incorrectly ground leaving them hollow in the centre or they have been fitted incorrectly meaning the bolts have been tightened in the wrong order , i would suggest removing them and place them together cutting edge to cutting...

    the 200mm wheel will still grind a concave profile albeit less than a 150mm it all depends on what your sharpening i use a 200mm high speed grinder for turning tools and a slow wet stone for hand tools which gives a flat grind . ian
