    I use a Wacom tablet & stylus (small one) the stylus is like a thick biro with a small point and you literally draw and paint on the tablet watching only the monitor. In addition of course there are (which you need) painting apps. I use Corel painter X5 (not cheap, but a retirement version)...

    Might be of interest to railway enthusiasts here. A digital painting, the location is Dartington Devon, and the railway now privatised from Totnes to Buckfastleigh. A push and pull type locomotive. Hand painted on the computer without any copying.

    I was braver than you lot, I sat on a rock edge and there was nothing under me than the bottom thousands of feet below. I had to sit on the edge because although I got there 2 hours before sunset more visitors would creep ahead of me so I had to take the edge in the end.
