problem solved, removed internet from this computer, installed wacom from disk. the PC is really going better and faster without internet. My old laptop is wireless and fast enough for my web needs. So thanks all for your comments.

Naughty Amazon. there was a pop up here on the forum advertising the Keter storeage unit at £95 so I did one stop purchase. Emails comes in with VAT added and £3.96 postage. Total cost now comes out at £100.05 accepting this time but it should not happen imo.

Thanks Marcos for info. Lived in our road 46 years not a throurgh route upto now never had trouble, we are not off propery much so should be OK. Its the electrics like pressure washers and that sort of stuff. nothing expensive.
