At our age the pair of us use Amazon a lot for purchases but I think there is a lot of what I call seconds being supplied to us, but being a prime customer account they do take back our undesired purchases.

thanks Sunnybob, it took me to a microsoft edge page but it froze and to remove I had to go to task manager each time to free up. Keith it looks like I will have to go firefox but I have 20 years of favourites in my old I/E.

Thanks all for that advice above, last year virgin did reduce me back to £34 per month for broadband and talk anytime telephone and loyalty discount. If they do not do the same in March21 how do I get on giving up the landline and go mobile with someone. I have not got a mobile and never had one.

Actually it failed, they claim I did not make the claim properly and for around £1.50I did not follow up.
