I spray GT85 on all my iron work. Spray, light wipe, no problems. Lathe bed, Mortimer, bandsaw all still have perfect beds and tables. Even if there is sawdust on them, it soaks into the dust and protects the metal underneath. smells nice too, workshoppy kind of smell. 🙂

I’d definately use fibre cement slates. Light, cheap, long lasting, looks good. Can be nailed or stick on.

Did you add insulation in the wall panels? There was no rush to put OSB on inside as you could have just put the membrane on the outside to weatherproof it in a couple of hours. nice steady build though.
