Silent Power Thin Line Blade Loose on Hammer Circular Saw

Have you checked there’s no dust on the female part in the spindle? Could be stopping the bolt going that little bit deeper

Dry lube for mtb chains could work well...

    Sash window

Very nice. I prefer to use the mitre method as opposed to scribe because when doing multiple joints it can be set up on the panel saw and repeat cuts made.

    Which Router Bit

1/4” bits are more readily available off the shelf and more commonly used. Most people will have a selection of 1/4” bits for small details and a selection of 1/2” bits for heavier work

This is what I would suggest if you wanted the most bang on-ness. Also, have you ever used filler gel designed for floors?? Works wonders ;)

Swirl Marks after using Festool Rotex (ROS mode)

Try doing a final finish sanding by hand in line with the grain if you want a superior finish. I use those sanding sponges. Works well!

Swirl Marks after using Festool Rotex (ROS mode)

Open Cut List for Sketch Up - Incredibly Useful!

Ah fantastic I’m always looking for handy things like this. Especially anything to help rip an 8 x 4 sheet the most efficient way. I do imagine it means I will have to start building models “properly” though. Creating components etc

    What is this?

It has 2 slots at the top on one side, and two at the bottom in the other. With a fine bit of wire running through the centre of the slots

    What is this?

Look down through the top? There is nothing to see! Looks like a pole gets stuck in it. Lemme know if you want more info or pix

    Domino 700

I own both. I use the 500 much more regularly and it’s a lot easier to handle. There’s a much bigger scope of applications suited to the 500 than there is to the 700 IMO. I think other than doors, the 700 has little over the 500
