    This stuff is rated highly for penetrating…coke is pretty useless for something like yours…it’s got a tiny amount of Phosphoric acid in the ingredient, but it’s better to buy the acid neat and dilute as required for rust removal

    I wouldn’t use plastic sheeting, as the paint doesn’t always stick to it and you can end up with confetti when it comes to removing it..

    I’d try carefully punching them out from the back, then glue a dowel in the hole

    I think you need to change your way of thinking with this problem. If the heads are that soft, the rest of the screw will be the same, and will easily snap and disintegrate if any force is used I would either try and drill into them, or maybe try a Dremel with a small carbide burr, and grind...

    i can’t imagine any stool on wheels would be suitable for planing…The kneeling stools give good suport and it’s easy to go into a standing position when needed.
