    What I would try as a last resort would be to get a cycle inner tube. Cut it in lengths ,open it up and roll it around the metal roller without overlapping and fix with glue Keep adding layers keeping the joins in different places until you have a diameter about the correct size.     I now need to fix the tile with tile adhesive but do not have enough to do the job and will have to wait until the lockdown ends. Still with lockdown in place if finished I wouldn't have anyone to give it to as the Tenovus charity shop is also closed. Alan.
