    Resin suppliers

I think you may have problems with this even using a vacuum pump and or pressure pot as the resin is difficult to get into the fine pores of close grained wood. Have you thought about the tried and tested Cactus Juice?

    Hollowing tools

I have been using the LYLE JAMIESON set up for a good few years now having tried most others on the market. It really is easy to use requiring only fingertip control and is so very accurate. Watch him on YouTube, I can recommend his product and technique from personal use.

    Use of scrapers

I use negative rake scrapers on resin, it leaves a superior finish to any other tool I have tried, I raise a small burr so I guess it is cutting with the burr and not true scraping.

    BORA CENTIPEDE

Reviews seem to suggest a level floor is required to get the best out of them, apparently they flex if uneven floor.
