I have just finishes a 8m x 5m brick and block workshop. When I set out I looked at SIP`s, timber and timber brick hybrid. I went in the end for the traditional brick and block with just 50mm cavity insulation, as even having Easi span joists made it worked out less expensive and time consuming...
