    Looking for a new workshop!

Local farms are always a good place to start. Not normally luxurious but can serve a purpose.

    Hinge Jig

I went for the one I mentioned earlier in the thread. I will be using it in the next few weeks so I will certainly update people 👍🏻When hanging doors on old’ frames 99% of the time the hinge aperture will have already been chopped out, therefore no need for a jig which fits on the casing. Plus a...

    Hinge Jig

👍🏻 I’ve always used 2 marking gauges when cutting hinges. I’ve probably hung well over a thousand doors traditionally, but I am looking to try a router and jig on my own home. Always best to trial on yourself first isn’t it 👍🏻

    Hinge Jig

That looks like exactly what I was thinking about 👍🏻 I’ll get one ordered. I try not to hang doors anymore but I’ve got 15 to do so should save me a bit of time. I’m going to use the jig tech handles/latch too. Into the 21st century we go! 😂👍🏻

    Hinge Jig

Thanks both. But surely there’s got to be something better on the market than these? If not there is a massive gap in the market. I’ve always done by hand and think I’ll continue to unless there is a quick and easy jig

Hi all. Looking at hinge jigs for internal doors. So predominantly 3” (75mm) butt hinges. I have seen the trend one but I was looking more for just a single hinge jig, not like the trend which is full door length. Now I know they are easy to make etc but this post is asking has anyone bought a...
