    Stair advice, please.

Here's my typical arrangement Mike I sometimes add an extra haunch where the newelpost and string sits on the floor. Sometimes I do, sometimes I dont. The string can never fall right out cause the bottom tread is notched in the string and newel. Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk

Notching machine (**** bead, jack mitre)

Without the cockbead it looks good. With the mould added slap my bum and call me Shirley it looks ace !! I made loads back in the day as an apprentice with mortice and tenons and paring with a chisel. This looks so much quicker and the results the same so it's a worthwhile method of doing it ;@)...

    Retractable airline reviews

That made me giggle lol. A decent airline is so useful. The crapminster one was nearly enough to stop me try any others. Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk

    Facemasks

Obviously it's truly awful that lives are being lost. In the back of my mind I wonder if its natures way of trying to reduce the population and save the planet. All the problems we face with over population, global warming NHS being stretched to the limit etc are all down to the world having too...

    Retractable airline reviews

Something I've been meaning to share after having a few. First purchase was this one from Axminster It did the job but after a while the spring almost gave up and you had to almost hand feed it back in. The hose seemed like a hard unforgiving piece of plastic Because there was no swivel...

    Shower tiles/grouting

Must admit bleach and a brush would probably be the cheapest way. It's one of those jobs I know needs doing it's just finding the enthusiasm to get around to doing it. Spraying is probably the more idle approach lol. Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk

    Lamp planes etc

I've seen many of the planes or drill braces converted into lamps. In fairness I dont mind them because they do provide a function. Saw this the other day and had to take a few pictures. This was a bit too much for my brain to cope with ! I'd have been tempted to buy the smoother had it not...

This is the stuff you need Usually £5-£6 a bottle. Sorts on mouldy silicone aswell. Does leave the room smelling quite bleachy for a few hours. I lent mine to someone was all but ready to regrout his bathroom. Hes a bit of a fuss pot but even he was amazed by the results. Sent from my...

Stop chamfers on a router table/ spindle moulder.

I think I'd do it that way if I had to use a router. The joy of doing it that way is any chance of breakout is minimised because of the curvy champfer supporting pieces of wood. Depending how it went you could route all for sides, just flipping it over each time then do a final pass half a mm...

Stop chamfers on a router table/ spindle moulder.

Plenty of area so the router is stable. I find I get much less burning if the speed is slowed right down Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
