Moving the compressor over the top of the booth is certainly an option. It would take a bit of time to do it. I was hoping I could perhaps chuck £150 ish at buying some soundproofing materials. I've plenty of wood sheets to build an enclosure. I'll look into the sound catcher baffles you...

What was the reason for the morrells gun not being suitable? I was under the impression that it was a general all round good gun for most finishes ? Perhaps it's only suitable for their finishes because it has a 1.8mm tip ? I notice the gun you bought doesn't come in 1.8mm...... I was looking...
