I used some black stuff that came out of a silicone tube and was very impressed. It's used as caulking between boat decking boards. It goes as hard as an eraser- so still a bit flexible. Once hardened you can plane or sand it as normal. I could try and find the tube if you were interested...

I've bought the zap stuff in place of the normal araldite, or two syringe type ones. It's very good. A tip I learned from here is after a couple years you may notice the glue kind of crystallises in the bottle. If you put it in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time it will return to normal...

I took delivery of the glass then decided to move it somewhere safer. I put a couple of bearers down on the floor but as I lowered the glass the corner dinged the concrete and chipped the corner. I think that mistake cost me about £150. Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
