I have a few sets of wax filler sticks that I can't see me needing so offering for sale here. Item one is the two sets from Hafele one set is complete the other there is two and a half sticks missing. list price for these two is now £78 +vat I'm asking £35 posted...

Any exterior ply will be just fine as it is, stop worrying so much, that bit of ply will be the last thing to fret about if you do have a leak.

I've used Rennie cutters their own solid carbide they make are fine, but their tct cutters are very rough looking, I guess Chinese.

Yep that's the plan, I have found the best way to apply it is with a wide card filler applicator type thing (think blunt card scraper) or large credit card, spreads it, fills the grain but removes the surplus all at the same time.

I'd put money on it being to thick a coat so you'll need to remove some of it try washing some off with some white spirit.

Yes Hafele do seem to have the design but only in polished Nickle and brushed Copper.

Evening gents, can anyone help me ID this cabinet knob? I need to get some more to match 38mm dia, satin Nickle but not having much luck finding anything like it.

The CNC is very good at making mdf templates as well.

I'm sure you will find that one of the rotor windings has burnt out, if you have a meter you can check readings across the armature contacts. But they are not easy to dismantle. BTW one of mine does the same.

Have you got the decimal point in the right places? I think you will find at those sizes it will be just bark with a sliver of sapwood on the side!

Yes your time scale would be about right, but haven't the foggiest what I paid for it, I remember it came from Woodmen machines in Bicester and I still have the spindle tooling that I got with it at the time I also still have a collet that holds a router cutter in the top of spindle moulder...

I got my machine new so definitely not messed around, I can't really remember the selecter switch but do remember that the morticer part was pretty useless, it would cut slots at an angle as the cutter flexed while cutting only used it a few times then removed it to which made using the planer...

I don't have any instructions now but used to own one of these machines years ago, are you sure you need to reverse the motor as mine didn't, it just used left hand slot mortice bits.

The minimum size you need will be determined by the fuse you use in the plug top, ie it must be able to carry maximum current of the fuse.
