    I don't know the Segwick but with my Multico its not the trackway you need to adjust it's the way the carriage sits on the track if that helps.

    I would check and make sure the tenoner is running true if it's cutting each tenon very slightly intwist and not parallel to the face of each rail then the whole frame will be in wind, if you are sure that's OK then check the same for the morticer.

    yes I found one in the trend catalogue you select the right bearing to suit rebate size.

    you could do this with an inverted router fitted with a bearing guided rebate cutter set to give a 5mm rebate. note end bearing running on the 60mm hole.

    Ah didn't read the bit about the beach Teak is very much a boat building timber so very likely the sorce and teak is very similar to laburnum.

    Yes the invisible one, even the guy on the phone couldn't find it at first but found it from the part code, I will need to look it up for you, it's at work tho.
