    So what's the odds?

So finally we have the result, still no mains connection but through a mobile generater, the answer is 9 that is 9 needed rewiring including one that the the electrician had mixed up the wires in the distribution board.

    So what's the odds?

Well it means that SSE has mixed up their wires so my machines will all run backwards if wired correctly.

Please help - having difficulty making Ply that don't curl

I think you need to remove the effect of the water in the glues that you are using, it will be causing the veneers to expand and thus causing the warping on drying, to this end I would think an epoxy type would be a better bet.

Spray gun cleaner or cellulose thinner I find will soften it enough to peel off.

    "600" Axe

I strongly suspect that some less informed people have in the past put a old axe or hammer head in the fire to remove a broken handle before replacing with a new one.

    Interlocking plywood sections

And to just add to the equation don't forget to allow a bit for cleaning up the faces of the ply before polishing. although CNC can be very precise there is also a lot of trail and error your material won't be exact and the cutters won't necessarily be what they say either. spirals are often...
