    Useful knots to learn.

There is an app called Grog knots. I think it costs a couple of quid but it is well worth the money. It has animated diagrams of shedloads of knots.

    Eradicating brambles

As above. Glyphosate works fine but if they are particularly woody or established you need to cut them back and spray the new growth. If you can't spray you can apply with a paintbrush or a mop selectively.

    Hen House Timber Choice

I kept four wellsummer hens in a house I was given in the back garden of my first house. That was made entirely of ply by a friend and it had a felted roof. I had them for four years until I moved to a house that wouldn't allow me to keep chickens. I never had a problem with mites.

Removing large Sadolin stain from slabs?

It won't make it any worse. It will remove all sorts of stuff from all kinds of things. Be careful on plastic as it eats some plastics. It's pretty horrible stuff. Wear gloves and don't be tempted to sniff it. https://www.ecfibreglasssupplies.co.uk/product/acetone

    DIY Damp Proof Injection

Be cautious with Timberwise. I moved with my employer about about 12ish years ago and they were asked to do a survey on my house. They found all sorts of problems and put forward a hefty quote of a little over £12,000 for the work that needed doing including injecting the walls, fixing some...

    Which adhesive?

If it's just a gap in the joints then epoxy will absolutely fix it.

    Which adhesive?

This will definitely do it. I have used quite a bit of west for all sorts of applications. I think I would use the microfibers for this situation. Loads of time to play with your joints and once it's stuck... It's stuck. Don't over mix and leave too much in a container. It goes off with...

    Face masks

Well, yeah. You have to legislate to the lowest common denominator. If they hadn't have included that if you have breathing difficulties you don't have to wear one then you could end up with some over zealous copper throwing you to the ground in Tescos for breaking the law. I would have...

    Face masks

Don't they kind of have to be to make them workable. Not required by staff... Then the shop isn't bound by law to provide them and staff don't have to wear them all the time. Otherwise a shop might have to close because they can't get stock of facemasks for their employees I guess. People...

    Multi-lane roundabouts

if you end up in a slip road, or a right turn only lane then surely you ha e left the roundabout already?

    Multi-lane roundabouts

Go around again? Stopping on a roundabout because you chose the wrong lane to start with is bloody inconsiderate.
