Is the hole in the thrust bearing central? If the bar is rotated does it change the position to the blade and lower bearings?

So move the housing forward on the steel shaft.

Just move the thrust bearing behind the side bearing

So why can’t you move the whole housing forward on the steel bolt?

Can’t you set it to 90.3 so when you pull the lever it settles at 90?

It depends on if you want to take advantage of the one rad change to clean and change all the water or not. Have you got a mag clean in the system? Maybe add one now….

If you want to speed the draining, take the bleed valve out of the rad your replacing. If your other rads are ok and depending how your loop works, you could lock them all off to save some water in the system.

My basa 1 holder snapped. Never liked it so want to remake it in a better configuration. Only been waiting for 10 years or so….
