I often find I have a problem with my mac, more when I try to scan than print, but my phone always seems to work. If you have a iPhone or similar can you pull your document up on that and try printing it that way. Always seems to work for me.

Haha. I must have about 50 of these. I bought 20 from Screwfix and they sent the order out twice. After 3 times contacting them to get them returned I gave up and kept them. But its amazing how quickly you run out and need to keep gluing up in batches. Maybe a good excuse for more clamps 🤩

I agree with you, I really like the the finish of Birch ply but I think in this case it will probably end up being a MDF substrate, from what I can see birch ply, is about £100 more expensive than a mdf core when looking at melamine boards.

If you have a 37mm flat bit, could you drill your hole in a piece of wood. If you are happy then use this a s a template with a router and top bearing trim cutter to make a nice job of your perspex

As others have said Avocet are good. You can key up all the locks to operate from the same key, you can also do the same with their padlocks. I have front and back doors + 2 side gates all operate form one key.

I don't know if such things are suitable for your situation but you can buy non return valves for sewage pipes. I wonder if one would be able to stop flow in the wrong direction when the system is getting overwhelmed by the main sewer.

Are you able to get a small piece of ply to try. I often find quoted thicknesses should be treated as nominal rather than exact. You may find its a better fit than expected.
