To answer the question in the thread title - I'd go for a track saw as being more versatile (and it takes up virtually no space if that's an issue). If you want a table-saw you need to spend a lot more to get anything any good.

Hmm, Lidl & ALDI drill bits of any variety tend to be "single use" . . . . BUT if you're drilling sleepers an auger bit would probably be more effective as it clears as it drills

Not what you're asking . . . but why do your nozzles clog? I'm sure you probably know this but for most rattle-cans - when you've finished spraying, hold the can upside down and press the nozzle until the material clears and you just get a propellant coming out - that seems to keep nozzle...
