The Bosch and Hilti I experienced, both had some form of automatic cleaning. Sounded very like reverse airstream, probably to do the same job as Siggy proposed. Whatever it was, it worked, without any physical intervention from the operator. Super useful when up a step ladder with a wall tracker...
I grew up in a traditionalist, agricultural, very rural area and a fairly rigid adherence to 'received wisdom'. Similar to that which your describe on Cyprus. Mine was the generation that broke out, so maybe there is hope yet with the advent of social media broadening peoples' worlds.

Ta for clarification. Don't like anybody that disrupts ecological balance like that. There just can't be enough eating on a songbird to justify hunting them, surely?

Me too!! Didn't get a chance to pull either apart and suss that out...but the point was, no airborne allergens. They rock.

I'm woodworking 35 years as an amateur, restoring 3 houses as I did so. I bought the Aldi one as a Sheppach clone ( or the other way round?) and I am well pleased with it for both sheet, manufactured board and real, raw timber. Ripping or cross cutting make little difference to it. It is unique...
