    u can see why UVPC took over.... either make a new door *plenty of Cedar in Canada* or replace with steel or the above..... that door cant be saved...... as kid *London* I can always remember the outter doors always needing a kick in winter.... and we had good paint in the old days...

    I was asked to look at a friends fuse board as the electric went on and off a few times then the next day it quit alltogether..... this is what was found...... scary stuff...I thought the idea was for this electronic control to stopfire hazards..........!!!!!!!!!!!.

    for those interested the magnetic strips from Lidil are worth the few quid they cost...I use em everywhereto hold the tools, reg used drill bits n chuck keys..... floating tools are a nightmare around machines...still have to cut the wires that used to hold the chuck key and the chuck removal...

    if I lived back in Colchester I'd make u one..... pretty sure u could make one from a decent hardwood... the hardened steel guides would be a bonus but they are easy to make so when the drill wears the wood a bit just make a new one.......

    Andy just a small thing make urself a shield for the motor... so many overheat n burn out when full of dust.... looks like ur machine is cast iron....which is good..... check to see if it has big"ish bearing on rhe main shaft....then fit a 1-1.5HP motor.... plenty of used ones around...
