    if u wanna see some dodgey wood being turned *Hollowing* with a carbide....look at about 18mins in.... my wife will be making some items for sale on a production basis...... She wont be using HSS except for finishing..... PS. will make my own tools....stuff buying them at those prices...

    for mild steel ONLY, I just use CO2.....if u have a friendly publican, it's used to pump beer..... used to pay 10 quid a bottle.....my pub was always happy for the extra cash..... For fancy gas inc Accetalene I used the Hobby Gas Comp.....they were easy to get as most big hire shops keep...

    hard point all the way....... who can be to waste time sharpening...... besides ripping and cross cutting is faster using a circ or chop saw...... I have no probs with a pit saw......

    the colours denote abrasive grade...... pretty sure grey is just a little rougher than white, which is very fine........ green being the roughest but it's still not rough...although u woudn't want to use it on a varnished surface..... inspector is quite right use where u would use graded wire...

    this is just 1/2 the tree....... gonna be loads of lemonade and merangue this year...... her indoors is gonna be busy..... she picks em and juices them up and freeze the contents in brick form, consumption for the whole summer..... and the occ Gin and Tonic.... for the wood turners, the fire...
