I just drag my machine outside......no problems.... the rear hood funnel type box I would think needs to be nearer 500mm with a dedicated extractor...def not a vac....... for airbourne dust I have made this......too tight to spend £2-300 on some fancy box from Axi or other overpriced...

I simply stand mine in a bucket.....leaving the outter layers glued up...... then unwind the cardboard roll in the middle and just pull out the paper as required..... I now use jumbo paper kithcen roll from Lidil at €3,50 a pop...

when I lived in Africa we used galv sheets a lot.......but coloured stuff was always out of stock.... so we washed the new panels with brick acid then used a Vynal emulsion paint for the clients colour of choise....... personally I'd bite the bullet, replace the roof with insuated steel panels...

I'm not sure of that number now........ but Screw Lock is what u need....low strength as n the name.....no heat needed to remove screws..... it's used in watches to outboards plus all kinds of machines... dont worry about the Chinese stuff for this job..... ps sometimes available in...

how about the bristte strip type..... dial this into ebay.co.uk..........bristle strip brushes for garage door....... first entry is a rubber one and the second has bristles...... might help.....

think we need some photo's of the machine and what u are useing....... unless it's thick wall tubeing anything else will be a trial..... often u cant hold it tight enough..... tube is never very accurate either in wall thickness or roundness.....bad word.......at the best of times..... often...

when u get it running just use the top grade fuel without ethenol and ONLY Synthetic oil...... when fishished using the machine tip the fuel out of the tank back into a storage vessel.... then start it until it runs out of fuel.... that way there's no gumming up or water getting into the...

when I lived in Fance, now Greece the only rods available are Oerlikon 6013's or the Chinese cheapo's....... anything else is special order and need to drive 2.5hrs for the privelage....... I've used the Oerlikon rods with an old buzz box, even powered by a genny, 240 and 440 v oil filled...

I wouldnt be suprised that the blade inserts are something special to Axy....... u need universal inserts that already exsist to get a fair price....... as for Felder inserts, are they made in Germany or a rebadged Chinese import.......? no prob with well made Chinese stuff.......

I like the idea Dave but how u gonna keep the water out, thinking cracked n damaged roads...... the system cant be too deep to work but must be able to carry the weight of 25 ton trucks..... plus there will be the wrong kind of snow or leaves messing things up in winter... best thing to do with...

easy, use a decoraters ally or glass fiber pole...used with a paint roller.... adjustable and cheap....available from DIY stores etc...

u need to use thin closed cell matting..... similar to the stuff under flooring laminate....... on bigger jobs, say a factory floor they use 6mm to 12mm for the same job..... when the floor is cured knife of any waste and use a tube sealer to stop the dirt getting in.....I like polyurethane...
