    Thread adapter??

If the lathe is M18 and the chuck is M12 it would need the chuck boring out and re-threading or you would get too much overhang.

    What CNC machine to buy

Sorry for taking a while to get back to you, You ask: "How difficult was that to do? I've been toying with the idea of building a machine, but the parts would be lower spec than an industrial machine and would cost far more than an old machine." Not hard to do replacing linear rails and...

    Help Cleaning a Bandsaw Blade

Any kind of thinners, WD40 or brake cleaner will not be good for the rubber tyres, I have always used an offcut of brass sheet to rub on the blade whist it is going and it cleans it off a treat, also shut the electric's off and turn the wheels backwards whilst holding the brass on the rubber...

    Removing scratches from brass.

I use Garryflex Abrasive Rubber Blocks Grit 36/60/120/240 grit on flat work. and Eveflex Pendant Drill Rubber Abrasive Burrs on a 2.34mm shank for detailed work use with a little WD40 to get a great finish.

Subject: The late Bill Gates Welcome, Bill," said a voice from above, "I'm really confused on this one. I'm not sure whether to send you to Heaven or to Hell!
