    Stig it sounds like you have a BSW 1/4 inch this has 26 Teeth per inch a 6mm is a smaller dia it has 1mm pitch so 25.4 teeth per inch I can send you one of each that way you should get it working that is so long as you find the missing centre.     Hi Chico, Yes it's something I can do for you PM me all the dims (rough scribble on paper is fine) I would draw it up for you to check if correct before cutting. I also have a stock of brass and aluminium to work from.

    I have just had a power file from Evolution Power Tools it works well keeps tracked, you can slow it down by being a little heavy handed but it has worked well for me on aluminium and wood.
