    Table saw vs band saw

To be honest only you can answer that question. If you have both and find that you never use the table saw and want the space that answers your question. Personally I would keep both but that applies to the things I make.

    Buying a Tracksaw

I thought that this subject had been done to death. The Parkside saw is a one of special offer and will no longer be available so you can cross that of your list. The MacAlister from screwfix has also been on special offer I suspect to coincide with the Parkside offer and I assume will very soon...

    Woodpecker versus Magpie

If you want it and have the spare cash to buy it then just do it. Do you need it no but if it gives you a warm cosy feeling every time you use it that is your choice.

    Lidl DIY tools 6th June

I can only speak from my own experience that if a serious hobby woodworker wants to put their toe into the world of track saws the Parkside offering is a good starting point.

    Draper Bandsaws

    Lidl or MacAllister Plunge Saw

If you already had the Lidl Parkside one and were happy with it why change. If you buy another Lidl one you will have extra track. I know what I would do but you need to decide for yourself.

Black CA glue and activator - uk supplier?

Manor Wood on youtube has just put out some videos on how to carry out repairs to resin tops. It's not something I am involved in but he seems to do some high end stuff but be aware everything he does seems to come at a high end price.

    Garage roof quote

I have experience of this on a bigger scale than yours. First thing I would say is that you need to be careful who you deal with, as soon as you mention asbestos to anybody it becomes a money maker. Next thing I would ask is why do you want to remove it and the last thing I would say is if you...

    Gutter cleaning pole

I have a similar problem with some guttering and use drain rods to clear it. I have a high quality set that are very flexible and that can cause a problem I also have a cheap set that are so stiff you would have a struggle to clear drains with them but are perfect for the gutters.

I think that you have got the answer that you did not want to hear. Not a good idea in my opinion.
