    I got these clamp heads of ebay worked out about £26 per 4 the pipes are steam pipe threaded 3/4 bsp, I got my pipes pretty cheap has I do electrical work for the company that did them for me they did them for cost of materials 4 x 5ft 4 x 3ft 4 x 2ft for £25 they work really well

    Complete strip down removed rust old paint fabricate a couple of parts that were broken straighten arms repaint rebuild measure and fit new belt and made base for it good as new lol

    I have the masterchuck which is exactly the same chuck the spigots or mortices have to be very precise for it to work effectively if you have the mounting bolts that came with it you can make your own ply jaws for it too makes a decent screw chuck if you have allen screw bit

    Doesn't look like you've got nowhere near the Edge yet as well as been skewed straighten it up and keep going till it reflects no light and you can feel the burr on the back side

    You can cut a 1mm thick card scraper down to right size and they work well have one in my early USA stanley 80 which had a blade in just over an inch wide when I got it

    Just buy it if its wrong angle just put your own 45 degree angle on it 5 minutes on grinder then file and form your hook with burnisher or look out for an old stanley 80

    anyone have any idea of age of this sranley 4 it has a chapman tools by stanley decal on tote I know stanley took over j a chapman in 1937 I also used to work at the woodside site from when Stanley's took over rabone chesterman and they killed the quality and name within 10 years
