    Wadkin & Axminster same saw?

The Startrite TS1 saw is being changed to Record Power branding as it is more recognised in Europe. Minimax SC3 and SC2 are actually different (sc2 is lighter duty). The Sedgwick is a great saw for solid wood, but no scoring. What is more important for you? We have some Sedgwick machines coming...

    Wadkin & Axminster same saw?

This saw is made in Taiwan, no matter which name or colour you choose.. with options of different blade capacity. It was originally based on a Sedgwick TA450 /400 table saw. If you want more detailed pictures inside, let me know. I think Axminster are stopping them in their range so replacement...

    Wadkin Vs Wadkin Bursgreen

The problem is nobody would be prepared to pay the price of machines built in the traditional ‘Wadkin’ way today. It’s a shame, but a reality. Weinig manufacture in China, Altendorf manufacture in China, Homag manufacture in China. It is a reality that some Chinese machines are rubbish and some...

The one on the left doesn’t look original Wadkin... the AGS 250/300 and AGSP were cast aluminium with a curved front. ... it looks more like an old Sedgwick guard

    Startrite TA165 Blades?

It should take a 235mm blade. If you need a manual, I can probably dig one out and send you one. You normally can run blades 2/3rds diameter of maximum as the minimum so you can put a smaller blade on (but lose some depth of cut)
