    Been away from the shed for a few days but managed to have a play yesterday with cypree and small off cut of red wood I was given bid disappointed with the dye on the bottom base bleeding into the upper body. The missus hates the shape so its probably not everyones cup of tea.

    Missus brought an electric oil radiator for the work shop which is able to keep the temperatures between 5 and 8 degrees on them cold cloudy days and the roof has three large clear plastic panels staggered for natural light but also helps heat up the place like a glass house on a sunny days...

    Today had a little play with some salvaged door wood bits that I've been saving. After a little investigation found it to be meranti. Tried out a new method for the lid, not a big piecce only 12 cm high and 3.5 cm at its widest part.
