Can anyone tell me how this table has been made?

Seems you might be right, though I'm not seeing why Steve. Though it can't be said some options weren't given, I still am left feeling that the question wasn't answered for Homegrownheros liking as of yet. There is of yet, too much info left out really. The plan to use scaffold planks, with...

    Unidentified Bird Call?

A trailcam might be of interest. There's ones for the 30 to 50 range which are a plenty. I guess they would be very cheaply got used. Seems a good idea for someone keeping chickens. (you might be very surprised at to the amount of visitors) Fella by the name Pondguru has some good videos on YT...

Can anyone tell me how this table has been made?

Just some more pictures, just incase the OP might get some inspiration. Looks very much like the Steve Latta, bench on a bench. I can't screenshot PDF documents, so one would have to find the workbench book by Landis to see Ian Kirby simple bench which is regular height, and looks good to me...

If it's getting laminated to something substantial, then might be good to do so beforehand.

Edge sander, and possibly some kind of lazy Suzan on the bench if a large quantity. If just one or two, then even a handheld one on a jig. Be interested to see some kind of thing like the former. Tom

Can anyone tell me how this table has been made?

I'm sure folks would agree I've said enough, but in effort to help, I am trying to suggest where the appeal of something like this might be, when looked at twice, that is. Big slabs, of nice bright material... nuff said. The flush legs with the top being the main feature, which emulates a...

Plenty of that for relatively cheap compared, available from legit places like Madinter.

Can anyone tell me how this table has been made?

I take it your talking about a Roubo design, rather than the thing in question, as neither have that taken into account. I just reckoned Chris Schwarz might spark an interest in the joinery with some simple hand tools, and the soap finish looks just the ticket. Tom

One rule broken with the flush top, being no accounting for expansion.

Can anyone tell me how this table has been made?

Nothing wrong with a dry run using brackets, if you've got enough timber to do it again, bearing in mind, the components being that bit much longer for the joinery, and wider if jointing & gluing up the boards for the top.

I'm sure you'd get plenty of ideas if you googled potting bench and I've much the same thoughts as The Tiddles. However, don't take anyone else's nay saying as a negative thing... What do you find the appeal with? To my eyes, it looks like one of the legs of the seat has "fallen off" perhaps...

Most of the guitars from my fave players, like Moore's Greeney for one Les Paul example, had the pickups modded, and IIRC, the same for Clapton's Blackie strat, and Gallagher's too. I didn't check above who's boards was BRW, just notable players, could also throw Jimi in there too, but that...

I've not came across the likes of what you suggest, in charity shops, marketplace sites, skips or wherever else. Not for peanuts anyway, though you could say much of the well made stuff is still being given away. I came across some old pianos dumped in yards, or dropped into skips with some...

Very surprised you haven't stumbled across it before Ben! The answer to your question is the official luthiers forum, of course. Here you go... https://www.luthiersforum.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=10101 A little bit of the very little I know about it, but it was what got me into woodworking, as...

I guess that could be proven pre CITIES, if it were from Tiffany which could amplify the prices massively, Though one needs to keep up with this, as the rules can change annually. Either way, it's worth a lot, looks the right brown with no purples, and straight grain old growth at that. Some of...

Multiple Tablesaw abutments and design suggestions

Got the VFD mounted, and some lines drawn for the window. Thought I'd leave cutting the hole afterwards. Should have probably welded from the middle out, but it'll straighten up when closed. Finishing touches with the window done in situ with a file, well as good as I can for now, tis a bit...
